I work in a pluralistic, trauma-informed, and LGBTQIA+ affirming way and I am passionate about creating a safe and inclusive space for all. I am interested in the depth of the human experience. I offer a non-pathologising approach that takes into consideration the state of the world and your place in it. I believe in the relational healing that can happen in the safe container of the therapeutic relationship. With a background in Criminology and extensive experience in bereavement, trauma, and life transitions, I draw from various therapeutic models to meet each client’s unique needs
I’m a Brazilian Art Therapist trained in Spain, where I lived for 10 years. I also hold postgraduate degrees in Ecology of Human Systems and Brief Character-Analytic Psychology from the Spanish School of Reichian Therapy (Es.Te.R). I offer art therapy with a relational psychodynamic approach, influenced by systemic therapy, attachment theory and Reichian insights. I believe that body and mind are inseparable and that artistic creation—free from value judgement—is the ultimate expression of the human condition.
