I am excited to work with anyone who is curious about themselves and the world. I enjoy facilitating self-understanding and compassion. It is important to me that the environment of our work holds a safe space for people to bring all that they are. I am interested in working with all sorts of clients of any age or background, with a particular interest in working with the LGBTQIA+ community.  My space is also safe for people who wish to discuss their issues with body image in a space where they will benefit from a HAES approach.

My aim is to support you in improving your quality of life, whatever this means for you. It could include: more fulfilment at work, a richer life outside of work, stronger connections with others, healthier intimate relationships, or a better sex life. We will work together to identify what you hope for and what stops you from getting it. I will challenge and support you to work through any unfinished business from the past; resolve unprocessed emotions; and develop your awareness so that you can live your life more closely in line with what matters most to you.

I am experienced working in the field of HIV/Sexual health and supporting clients from the initial diagnosis through to living with the virus longer term and deep understanding of the issues and challenges of both. I am warm empathetic and very relatable. I have always aimed to live authentically true to myself and my own values and

I’m trained and experienced in helping young people (13+) and adults who are struggling with their mental health, and in gently assisting them in their search for the roots of those feelings. I work closely with LGBTQ+ folk, and with those who are and/or love neurodivergent people (ASD, ADHD, AuDHD, etc). I’m also an experienced School Counsellor, a role I greatly enjoy. I’m trauma-informed, anti-oppressive and culturally attuned. We will use your personal values and beliefs as our reference points during therapy, so that we can safely explore what’s going on for you from the only appropriate perspective: your own.
