Specialising in anxiety, stress, depression, addiction, chem sex, anger, trauma, relationships, life stage challenges, sexuality issues, and neurodiversity. I have worked with a wide variety of diverse clients on issues ranging from exploring and expressing identity, coming out, cultural challenges, polyamory, kink, body image and issues around race, gender, sexuality and masculinity. I am a qualified therapist registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.  I am also a Non-Executive Director and Vice Chair of one of UK’s largest mental health NHS Trusts and a Trustee with a large children’s mental health charity.  I work in SEND schools and

I provide therapy to adults of any age for up to 20 sessions. I work with individuals, couples, and relationships. Sessions are offered in person, online or by phone.   ​I value and respect difference and diversity and work with all people, beliefs, and ways of being – including gender, sexuality, and relationship diversity.   ​I am open to working with any aspect of a person’s life unless I have a reason to recommend that you work with another more suited therapist/facilitator which we will explore together. Hi, I’m Kate. I am a person-centred Counsellor. I provide online counselling from Worcester, with a view to open up in-person sessions in the future. I identify as a cis-gender gay woman, I’m a Mother and also have ADHD; I understand the challenges faced within all these areas. I am always educating myself on other identities & sexualities and am a firm ally for other sections of the LGBTQIA+ and further communities. I would describe myself as quite a dynamic counsellor, and can adapt to different energy levels, whilst also maintaining a level of calm and focus for my clients.
