Hi, I’m Angel Abitha Chi.  I bring both professional experience and lived understanding to my work. Having navigated my own experiences of pain and trauma, I understand how sensitivity can feel overwhelming or burdensome and how, with care and support, it can become a source of strength, insight, and resilience. I am particularly drawn to working with people who identify as sensitive, empathic, or deeply feeling, and I support clients in reframing these qualities as meaningful aspects of who they are rather than something to be “fixed.”

Working with the body as well as the mind, I welcome people who have been affected by childhood trauma, experience feelings of anger, shame, fear, guilt and overwhelm, and have difficulty with relationships and implementing boundaries.
