Hi! I’m Ro (they/them). To me, therapy is all about the relationship we form. I believe that we all have our own inner wisdom which can guide us – even if we need some help getting in touch with it. I work in a way which prioritises creating a relationship that feels safe enough for you to experiment with allowing more of yourself to be met, known, and responded to, so that together we can explore whatever challenges you want to bring to therapy.

With many years of experience as a nurse in the NHS, I’ve seen first-hand the importance of caring for mental as well as physical health. My transition into counselling felt like a natural extension of my nursing career, as I became increasingly drawn to the relational, emotional, and sometimes spiritual aspects of care. Both professions have deeply enriched me, and through supporting others, I’ve come to learn a great deal about myself as well. I work both online and in-person (based in North London).
