I am currently undertaking level 6 supervision, including online and telephone supervision, and am offering a limited number of free pluralistic supervision sessions while I complete my supervised practice. My own therapeutic modalities are person-centred integrative and GSRD. I hold an Advanced Diploma in Gender, Sex, and Relationship Diversity Therapy and have specialisms in working with neurodivergence, trans people, and working with anti-fat bias in therapy.

I am Harvey Watts, running my therapy practice, Talk to Harvey. I provide a warmly affirmative environment for fellow members of the LGBTQ+ community and specialise in Gender, Sexual, and Relationship Diversity (GSRD). Drawing on my own personal experience, I bring a lived understanding to all kinds of relationship dynamics, including traditional family life, long-term ethical non-monogamy, and polyamory. My practice is a place where you can just come exactly as you are without spending half your session educating me on your life. We can just focus on you.

What would you like to talk about today? It’s a common enough starting point in counselling sessions, but it is rarely a question with an easy answer. I offer sessions at Brixton, London Bridge and via Google Meet, offering short-term and long-term counselling, and offer a free half-hour initial appointment.

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist working with adults in Manchester and online. My work is shaped by an interest in how people experience identity, relationships and embodiment, particularly where these feel complex, conflicted or difficult to articulate. I hold a PhD in clinical communication and psychosexual health, and I am especially attentive to experiences that sit at the edges of what feels sayable — around bodies, sexuality, illness, shame, desire and belonging. I aim to offer a thoughtful, non-judgemental space where people can speak freely and explore experiences that may have felt hard to hold alone.

I am a registered psychotherapist currently working online at The School of Life as well as seeing private practice clients both online and in person. In the past, I’ve worked as a volunteer therapist for LGBTQ+ charities such as, London Friend and The Terrence Higgins Trust for 3 years. I am experienced in working with issues related to anxiety, depression, shame, gender dysphoria, homophobia, complex family dynamics, bereavement, grief, addiction, self-loathing and feeling marginalised due to race, gender or sexuality.

I am a cis-gendered gay man and a BACP Accredited Integrative psychotherapist. I work with clients of all backgrounds, cultures and diversities. With over 5 years of experience with working therapeutically with LGBTQIA community as well as people of colour and marginalised groups. I am experienced in working with issues such as anxiety depression, shame, loneliness, chronic pain, homophobia, marginalisation due to racism, as well as issues related to gender and sexuality.

I enjoy supporting people to find ways of making sense of themselves and their lives that lead to greater wellbeing. I strive to create conversations and spaces that actively address oppression, celebrate diversity and consider the challenges resulting from societal expectations of what makes a good life.
