Hello, I am Chartered Psychologist and Associate BPS Fellow bringing NHS and private practice therapeutic experience to my client work.   I have expertise in LGBTQI+ and Gender Sexual Relationship Diversity (GSRD) affirmative therapy, neurodiversity (autism and ADHD), and men’s (gay and straight) mental health. I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, attachment issues and relationship challenges. I provide trauma informed care integrating ideas from different therapeutic approaches to meet each individual’s unique needs.

I’m a queer therapist working with LGBTQ+ people and creatives, and often people who are both. I came to therapy partly through my own experience of navigating identity, and I bring that alongside 20 years as a working musician and artist. When you talk about your queer life or your creative work, I’m not translating. I’m with you. Sessions are calm, insightful and honest. I work in-person in Chancery Lane and London Bridge, and online to provide clients with flexibility. I currently have availability for new clients. I’ll help you develop practical skills and strategies to navigate life with greater confidence, clarity, and resilience. I have a two-pronged approach: working to alleviate distress in the now, and looking to the past to explore its origins. I find that’s more effective for longer-term change.
