These are psychotherapists and counsellors. Although there is a separate category for sex- and sexuality-related practitioners, most therapists in this category will certainly discuss sexual issues, and many will work with them.
In my work as an integrative psychotherapist, I can help you better understand what is happening in your life right now. You may be struggling with work, with relationships, or have big questions about the future or the direction life is taking. Talking things through and building a reliable and trusted relationship can help you get to know yourself better. We all go through times when everything feels messy and uncertain, but therapy can help you untangle some of the mess, bring you some clarity and help you navigate a way through.
I am an Integrative Therapist providing time-limited and open-ended counselling to individuals (18+) online and in-person in North London. I offer a supportive, affirming space for you to explore and understand your experiences and feelings, and navigate a way forward that feels right for you. My practice is client-centred, collaborative and trauma-informed. I work with a wide range of issues with a particular focus on relationships, identity exploration, life transitions and trauma.
Hey there, I’m James. I provide an empathic, sincere and warm space for you to explore your inner thoughts and feelings. I shall walk alongside you as a gentle guide, whilst you find your voice and develop an understanding of what may be going on.
Hello, welcome! Ahoj, vitaj! My name is Radka Mosnier and I am a Gestalt Therapist (MBACP). I trust in the present embodied awareness-building through dialogue. I’m interested in how you make meaning and how we are together in our individual intersectionality and diversity. I’m warm and open and would love to support you in becoming curious about your own process. I facilitate a place for relationally digesting, noticing, staying with, chewing on, or playing with whatever it is that carries weight for you. I look at the world through my own biased intersectional lens and I come in with humility
I offer a more directive, therapeutic approach that allows you to greater understand yourself, as well as question and appreciate your triggers and their origins. I have found that taking this approach allows individuals to make progress much quicker, as well as develop a deeper understanding of self.

While my work encompasses a wide array of issues, such as trauma, anxiety and depression, I have a particular interest in relationships, sex, sexuality and gender. I work with adults and teenagers, in my office in East Oxford and online. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming. I welcome people of all gender identities, relationship structures, sexual practices and orientations. I strive to be anti-racist and see this as life-long work. Whatever you may be experiencing, I am here to guide you through my therapeutic process, drawing on evidence-based techniques, together with deep empathy and careful attention to detail.

I qualified as a Drama & Movement Therapist in 2003, and I have been practising for 20 + years. I started working with young people with learning disabilities and who were on the autism spectrum and many other additional needs namely OCD, ADHD, ODD etc. Over the years, I specialised my therapy work with young people who have been impacted by childhood sexual abuse and domestic violence. Now I predominantly work with adults, adapting the techniques I have used with young people to help support the inner child and opening the communication channels between all the different parts of us.
