These are psychotherapists and counsellors. Although there is a separate category for sex- and sexuality-related practitioners, most therapists in this category will certainly discuss sexual issues, and many will work with them.
At the heart of my counselling and psychotherapy practice is a commitment to holding a supportive and transformative space which helps you go beyond simply coping, towards thriving and liberation. I offer a collaborative and mutual approach which meets you where you are, and centers your empowerment, needs, and desires instead of imposing expertise or pathology. I believe therapy can serve as a profoundly powerful space where we can explore, unravel, and change our relationship to what keeps us ‘stuck’, so that we might move into more free ways of living. To this end, I draw on an integrative blend
Hi, my name is James.  I’m a qualified integrative therapist offering weekly therapy both online and in person in Queens Park, NW6. I offer a reflective and supportive space where you can talk openly about what’s going on for you.  Together we’ll explore your experiences, relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck – paying attention not only to what has happened, but how it feels to share it. My aim is to help you feel more at ease with yourself, more connected in your relationships, and freer to live in a way that feels authentic.

Hello, I’m Emma. I offer a safe container for you to explore what is holding you back. Maybe that’s discomfort, maybe that’s an old coping strategy that doesn’t serve you anymore, maybe you aren’t sure but feel things could be better. We can work together to find a way forward for you. As an Integrative Counsellor I can draw on a range of modalities to find a unique solution which is tailored for you. I work with integrity, honesty and most of all compassion.Â
My name is Ash and I’m a qualified psychodynamic counsellor based in Manchester. My practice addresses a range of issues, often revealing complex connections between behavior, relationships, values, desires, and early life experiences. Such work may allow you to explore how elements of your own life intertwine and influence one another. I specialise in LGBTQ+ counselling, drawing on affirmative practices. You may wish to begin counselling as a way to get closer to an underlying reason or source of your struggle, and in doing so, safely process in order to heal. I offer in-person and online sessions.
For many years, I didn’t believe in therapy. I thought friends and family could support us through difficulties and didn’t see the need for professional therapists. But my views changed when a close friend went through a very painful period in their life and had counselling. I saw how therapy transformed them and began to think differently about it. I realised that, while the support of loved ones may be sufficient for some, for many it is invaluable to talk to someone objective, who is professionally trained to help.
I am Londoner living and working in Camden and have been a practising counsellor/psychotherapist & supervisor for over 30 years . I identify as a gay man and, whilst  seeing a broad range of clients I also have extensive experience working within LGBTQ+ community both as a therapist and supervisor I offer time limited and open ended therapy mainly for individuals but I also have experience of group and couples work. I do this both in person and online. I have  particular experience and interest in working with people who identify as neurodivergent
I am a person-centred counsellor. This means I am here to accompany you on your journey with empathy and without judgment. I work on the principle that you are an expert on yourself and therefore you are the expert in how to resolve your difficulties. You are entirely free to bring whatever you need to sessions and express yourself however you feel is most effective.
Perhaps you feel stuck, find yourself in the middle of a crisis, or you want a space in which to examine and reflect on your own story and what has brought you to the point you’re at now. Perhaps you want to see if there is another way of telling your story. My intention is to grow a unique and collaborative relationship with you. We may work on your present situation as well as the whole of your history. Putting it as simply as I can: I provide a confidential space in which you’ll be able to talk openly.
