I’m a lesbian psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, trainer and foster agency consultant based in Folkestone, working face to face locally and online across the UK. I’ve been in practice for over five years and bring a warm, empathic, and easy-to-engage-with presence to therapy. I have lived experience of neurodiversity and a longstanding passion for helping people find their own authenticity.    

I believe that a warm, genuine and non-judgmental relationship is the most important element of any therapy and at the very heart of the way I approach working with my clients and this can be especially important for those who may have faced rejection, misunderstanding, hostility or isolation in other parts of their lives.  What you bring to therapy may not relate directly to your gender or sexuality, but being able to talk in a space where you are understood and accepted for who you are, makes it easier to explore the issues that matter to you.
