You want to be heard without judgment and supported in a way that respects your unique experience. As an ally of the LGBT+ communities, and together with my person-centred approach, which is sensitive to trauma and cultural contexts, I aim to offer a safe, respectful space where you can bring any thoughts or feelings and be listened to attentively.

I specialise in working with people from various backgrounds who are struggling with anxiety or depression. Much of my work involves exploring relationship issues, self-esteem, or the competing pressures of work and home. I know how hard it can be to open up, and I offer a space where you don’t have to put on a front. As a gay man, I understand how identity and minority stress can affect self-worth and mental health. I work integratively, tailoring my approach to suit your needs as therapy develops.

I believe no one has to stay stuck in the situations they find themselves in – there is hope and there is help. Sometimes life can feel small or overwhelming. You might feel caught in patterns of thinking or living that no longer fit, or something may have happened that’s changed the way you see everything. If this feels familiar, I can help.
