Hi, I’m Becca (she/her), a queer person-centred counsellor based in Brighton. I work with and welcome a variety of clients and backgrounds, but I specialise in working with young adults and the LGBTQ+ community. As a queer counsellor, I understand the importance of having a space that is judgement free, where you don’t have to explain your queerness. I provide a space where each session is yours and you can bring whatever feels useful for you. We can explore what is going on for you, deepen your self-understanding, and begin to figure out ways to move forward, that feel right for you.

I am genderfluid and queer, and this informs my understanding of identity, fluidity, and the ways people navigate societal expectations, relationships, and self-expression. I offer psychodynamic and relational therapy with a focus on identity, emotions, and the ways past experiences continue to shape the present. My practice is affirming for LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients and attentive to the social and cultural contexts that influence your inner world. I provide a steady space to explore patterns, relationships, and the parts of yourself that feel hidden or conflicted. Sessions are available online and in person

I’m an integrative psychotherapist offering a warm, grounded space for LGBTQIA+ and GSRD clients to explore identity, relationships, faith, and lived experience. As a queer (Pansexual) and neurodivergent therapist (AuDHD), I work affirmatively and without assumptions, informed by deep respect for difference and autonomy. My approach is relational, trauma-aware, and collaborative, shaped by long experience alongside people navigating change, loss, and re-authoring who they are becoming.

Michael Wood is an integrative counsellor working in Reading, London and online across the UK. He specialises in bereavement and grief, LGBT+ counselling, and men’s mental health. His work focuses on loss, identity and life transitions, offering a steady and confidential space to reflect and regain clarity.
