I offer a calm, thoughtful space where you can speak openly about parts of yourself that may feel complicated, conflicted or difficult to share elsewhere.  Many of the people I work with appear capable and self-aware, yet feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, people-pleasing, shame, or disconnection in relationships. I am particularly interested in how shame, identity, belonging and relational history shape our inner world and ways of relating.

Somatic therapy is a bottom-up approach and often works well in place of traditional talking therapies, particularly for those of us who find it more challenging to put emotions into words. As a trauma trained somatic care worker, I include a blend of coaching and counselling to provide a human, relational and body-led approach to healing.
