Hi, I’m Joey. I’m a neurodivergent, queer, and gender-diverse psychotherapist with a wealth of experience working in a variety of settings. At present, I offer therapy online. I work as an integrative psychotherapist, drawing mainly on psychodynamic and person-centred approaches. My practice is trauma-informed and experiential, and I often bring in somatic or creative methods where they feel helpful. I value the uniqueness of each person I work with and tailor therapy to meet your individual needs and preferences. My therapeutic style is grounded in attunement and creativity, offering you a space that is supportive, flexible, and truly your own.

I’m a relational psychotherapist, experienced in working with issues to do with gender and sexuality, relationship diversity (polyamory, non-monogamy etc) and provide an LGBTQ+ affirmative practice, but welcome clients from all backgrounds. I am mindful of the social, cultural and structural issues involved in the difficulties we face as individuals. I believe that therapy can help with so many issues, whether they feel vague or specific, and allow us to come to a better understanding of ourselves and our histories so we can live fuller, more authentic lives.

I offer long and short term counselling/psychotherapy on a 1-2-1 basis to individuals who wish to explore the difficulties they face in their lives and how these may affect their emotional, psychological or physical wellbeing. I practice as an integrative therapist, with a particular focus on queer life, kink identities, poly and open relationships, as well as grief and loss.
