I’m an Integrative Psychotherapist and trainee Art Therapist. I work in person and online. I have over eight years of experience working in the NHS and non-profits, supporting people predominantly from the Global Majority, members of the LGBTQIA+ community and neurodivergent individuals.

Hi, my name is Euan, I am an integrative counselor who is based in South London. I currently only work online with clients. I am a registered member of the BACP (01016629)

Hello, thank you for viewing my page – my name is Steph and I am a psychotherapeutic counsellor. My passion for helping others stems from a deep interest in people and their stories, and learning about their innate uniqueness. I am accredited with the BACP -which is a formal recognition of the depth of my work over the last 10 years. It means my practice has been independently assessed to ensure I’m providing support that is not only empathetic but also highly skilled and ethically sound. You can feel confident that our work is backed by a solid professional foundation.

I’m an integrative and transpersonal psychotherapist which enables me to tailor therapy to your individual needs, recognising that each person’s experiences, circumstances, and goals are unique and different. While I work with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and circumstances I have particular experience and expertise in men’s mental health and wellbeing. My transpersonal and integrative approach gives space to help explore, at the right pacing my client’s inner world beyond talking therapy through creative and experiential approaches such as dream work, sand tray work, breathwork, guided visualisation, and active imagination. This work can help foster greater self-awareness, emotional

I’m Kip, and I’m an art psychotherapist based in Sussex. Many people find that art therapy works for them as the sensory and creative experiences it offers help them to explore their emotions and selves on a deeper level. Using art materials can also help us be more present with our feelings in a contained way. You do not need to be ‘good’ at art! Some people prefer to make lots and talk very little; others prefer talking and making art occasionally. Whatever your preference, we can find the right approach for you. I primarily offer in-person sessions in Brighton

Hello, I’m Chris. If you’ve found yourself here, chances are you’re worried, anxious or overwhelmed. You may have been carrying something for a long time, or perhaps something in your life has changed and you’re looking for support. You may be looking for someone to talk to who isn’t a friend or family.  My therapy room is a friendly, safe and non-judgmental space. I want to hear your story. Everyone is warmly welcomed. I work at your pace. Together we’ll make sense of what’s happening in your life.

I care deeply about supporting people to step into leadership, lean into community, strengthen their agency, and move towards the changes and transformations they seek in their lives.

Sometimes we might feel that things are just getting too much, or we want to look at something specific which is bothering us. Since the corona crisis we needed to adapt to a new “normal”. Feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, anxious, worn out, depressed and stressed are just some of the many ways we might react to what is happening around us and within us. Looking for help is not a sign of defeat, not now and not ever.

I am Jen, a person-centred therapist working in person and online with clients who are LGBTQIA+ and GSRD. I am a proud member of this community and identify as trans non-binary and queer. My heart is with working with queer clients, and my experience of being othered allows me to relate to and empathise with a range of experiences in the LGBTQIA+ community.

I am a queer cis gendered therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting LGBTQIA+ clients. In the increasingly unsafe world I can offer a safe space to process your experiences and together we can explore ways of being and becoming who you are and how you want to be in the world. I offer in person, online and walk and talk sessions.
