Hi, I’m Rosie (she/her), a Brighton-based therapist offering in-person and online sessions. I work within the Humanistic tradition, grounded in Existential-Phenomenological therapy. I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can show up just as you are. Together, we can explore what matters to you. I’m mixed-race and hold an intersectional lens, with experience in the charity sector supporting neurodivergent clients, people from refugee backgrounds, and trans-inclusive women. I believe therapy is a political act, creating space for voice, choice, and self-understanding in a world that often silences.

I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist, I train at the Philadelphia Assosiation. I work with groups, individuals and couples. 

I am a queer, qualified, Integrative Counsellor and a registered member of BACP. I welcome each person’s unique experience of the world with sensitivity and tailor an integrative approach that is uniquely suited to our therapeutic work. I have personal and clinical experience in intersections of neurodiversity, gender, sexuality, and relationship diversity (GSRD), and I am passionate about providing an affirming therapeutic space to fellow LGBTQIA+ people.

Hi, I’m Angel Abitha Chi.  I bring both professional experience and lived understanding to my work. Having navigated my own experiences of pain and trauma, I understand how sensitivity can feel overwhelming or burdensome and how, with care and support, it can become a source of strength, insight, and resilience. I am particularly drawn to working with people who identify as sensitive, empathic, or deeply feeling, and I support clients in reframing these qualities as meaningful aspects of who they are rather than something to be “fixed.”

I grew up in northern Italy, spending much of my youth searching for identity and belonging. As a gay man, I understand the complexity of navigating sexuality, shame and self-acceptance within family and cultural expectations. Drawn to literature, philosophy and spirituality, I became comfortable with life’s deeper questions without dogma. Before training in Psychosynthesis counselling in London, I worked in luxury interior design, where discretion and sensitivity were essential. Today, I offer a calm, confidential space for LGBTQ+ clients to explore identity, relationships and life transitions with authenticity, courage and self-compassion.

I am a qualified BACP psychotherapist/Counsellor and an almost qualified Counselling Psychologist as well as an LGBTQIA+ community member. I offer a warm, accepting, and non-judgemental therapeutic space and I work integratively from a trauma informed perspective drawing on different therapeutic modalities depending on your needs, goals and preferences (including person-centred, CBT, CFT, Narrative and also utilise some elements of DBT and SFT). My practice is both LGBTQIA+ and Neurodivergent affirmative and I have lived, worked and been educated in four different countries so I am used to and value different communication and interactional styles.
