I’m Polly, a queer-affirming therapist working with LGBTQIA+ adults who are carrying shame from family, faith or earlier relationships. Perhaps you feel proud of who you are, but still worry about belonging or acceptance, hiding parts of yourself to stay safe or connected. I offer a compassionate space to understand those patterns and build a stronger sense of self. I have a particular interest in religious trauma, including the impact of conversion practices and spiritually abusive environments.

Hello, I’m Gemma, a queer integrative arts psychotherapist, working in-person and online with adults of all sexualities and genders in a non-judgemental and confidential space in Archway, North London. I specialise in supporting those in transition. Perhaps this is through loss, parenthood, or middle age, when the person you are or the way you’ve learned to cope no longer aligns with who you are. I work by blending traditional talk therapy with creative approaches like art-making, movement, and imagination to support you in making sense of your experiences, especially when words alone feel like they aren’t enough. 

I am a Gestalt psychotherapeutic counsellor practising in central London. I offer weekly individual therapy in person at Regent Street and Shoreditch, with online sessions available where in-person attendance is not possible. I am gay, and my practice is fully LGBTQIA+ affirming.
