Hi, I’m Chloe. As a Queer, Non-binary person I have personal experience of how it can feel to be judged by professionals. It is very important to me that you don’t feel judged and that you find a counsellor who understands your identity. I’m passionate about helping LGBTQ+ people – like you – have affirmative counselling which is why I founded Sussex Rainbow Counselling in 2016. I believe it’s essential to not have to worry about coming out and educating your counsellor about your identity.

My work is inclusive, affirmative, and seeks to empower you to navigate the turbulence of life. I want our meeting to be a time each week when you can show up as your full self and talk about anything. Fears, desires, anxieties, your relationship with your body — the depth and breadth of experience are all welcome here. If you would like to talk, I offer a free 20 minute consultation call. After which, we can meet either in Brighton, London, or online.

You might be feeling stressed out, overwhelmed, confused and facing challenges that are uncomfortable and distressing for you. It’s not always easy or possible to speak about what’s going on with friends, family, partners or colleagues for fear of being judged or misunderstood. This can leave you feeling unseen, unheard, worried and alone. Person-centred counselling provides a supportive, inclusive and affirmative relationship to share about what’s really going on. No judgements here. Just warmth, understanding and practical support with the next steps. As well as offering person-centred counselling I also run retreats teaching mindfulness, nature connection, yoga and small group

Hello, I’m Coco. I am a Humanistic therapist offering a person-centred, relational and somatic approach, giving you a dedicated space to work through present or past issues. I can help with anxiety, low self-confidence, loneliness, grief, relationship troubles or exploring gender and sexuality. Or maybe you just need more ways to cope with daily life, overwhelming emotions and a busy brain. I take into consideration the limits and struggles of systematic and oppressive societal conditions that leave us feeling more stuck or discriminated. Outside of modalities and qualifications, the most important part of therapy is the therapeutic relationship; the trust
