Hello, I’m Gemma, a queer integrative arts psychotherapist, working online and in-person with adults of all sexualities and genders in a non-judgemental and confidential space in Old Street, London. Having someone to speak to when you are going through a difficult period in your life is important, and I work with clients to build a relationship where we can start to explore what matters most to you. I work by blending traditional talk therapy with creative approaches like art-making, movement, and imagination to support you in making sense of your experiences, especially when words alone feel like they aren’t enough. 

I am a Brighton & London based practitioner, deeply committed to the fields of art psychotherapy and environmental art therapy. As a queer and non-binary individual, my connection to the LGBTQ+ community holds immense significance in both my personal and professional life. This connection drives my passion for creating inclusive and affirming spaces within therapy, where individuals can explore their identities, experiences, and emotions in a safe and validating environment 

I am an MBACP Embodied-Relational Integrative Therapist, Facilitator, Space Holder and Founder of Our Naked Truths and the Black Women’s Therapy Fund. My invitation is to create a space where you are liberated from trauma, shame and loneliness. Making more room for compassion, courage, communion and healing.   I offer space to hold your experiences related to early life, behaviours, feelings, and the emotions influencing your current actions with compassion and acceptance. This is a nonjudgmental space to explore, grow, and gain clarity as you connect with the world and the energy around you.
