I mostly work with people on their significant relationships – with family, partners, and themselves. I see both couples and individuals looking for insight, change or a deeper understanding of themselves. I have shedloads of experience, both inside and outside the counselling room. I came out in my 20’s, and have a special interest in the process of people finding and embracing their core sexual and gender identify.  I also work with people within a broad range of consensual, non-traditional relationships. 

I don’t view the world with heteronormative eyes and I certainly don’t in the therapy room. I’m a therapist passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for people to explore who they are and what they need. I also specialise in working with clients who are neurodivergent or those who who suspect that they are. I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can share openly, and feel truly understood. I support LGBTQ+ individuals by embracing their authentic selves and finding confidence in their identities.
