Hello, this is a listing for the GSRD therapy groups that I host in Dalston E8 and Holborn WC1. These are small groups held in comfortable settings where the support and encouragement of other LGBTQIA people can help you express yourself, relate to others, and make deep and meaningful connections in a therapeutically held group. They are fortnightly groups for 2 hours with up to six people in a group. Email for more information and to join my waiting list.

Hi, My name is Nav (she/her) and I am a Psychotherapist who works with people who are anxious, depressed and who are often struggling with their identity, self esteem and relationships.  Grief and loss are themes that often emerge, as I help you examine the shame you may have felt your whole life.  I have experience in working  with complex intersectionality, around sexuality and race, and the challenges this brings when navigating the world, which can feel like a lonely and difficult place. We can work together and help you to establish better relationships and a clearer sense of self.

Counselling/Psychotherapy can help us understand better how we behave, what motivates us, and how past experiences can affect current behaviour. By expressing whatever is uppermost in our mind, feelings, thoughts, wishes, fears, memories and dreams can be explored within the safety of the therapeutic relationship. The aim being to enable us to find more appropriate ways of coping with our difficulties and to bring about changes in our thinking, feeling and behaviour. Through exploration therapy hopes to enable us to live a more fulfilling life and reach our full potential in the face of life’s limitations.

I am an older gay man, originally from America, and have lived in the UK for over 20 years. I see couples and individuals in rooms in Kentish Town, and on Zoom. I have worked in the arts, the corporate sector and for a number of US and UK charities, and also work as an organisational psychologist for various organisations.

ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS: Hi. I’m autistic and have been a therapist and coach for almost 25 years. I offer counselling and psychotherapy in online sessions, with availability from 8:30 am t0 9:30 pm, on weekdays. I’m atypical as a person and I am BDSM and Kink knowledgeable and affirming. Diverse relationship arrangements and lifestyle choices are understood as natural human ways of living.  I specialise in providing effective therapy and coaching for neurodivergent adults, and I train other therapists to do this, too.  

Stephen Hanscomb. As a gay man, my passion for working within the LGBTQ+ community started whilst working with vulnerable, young, homeless LGBTQ+ people at AKT (Albert Kennedy Trust, akt.org.uk). Common issues I encountered included; trauma, anxiety, isolation, sexuality, sexual exploitation, childhood sexual abuse, HIV, depression and addiction and relationships. These are the issues I still work with today, across all age ranges from 18yrs to seniors. Having worked with a number of agencies and charities in the sector, I now work in private practice with individuals, from my office in North London and on Zoom. Therapy can be short, medium or

I am LGBTQ+ affirmative and take an active political stance against prejudice and discrimination in my therapeutic approach. I have over 20 years experience of working with LGBTQ+ communities within mental health and higher education settings.

I offer in person, telephone and online sessions I offer 1-2-1 therapy and couples therapy. I have over 10 years experience working with the queer community as a individual and couples therapist. I have also been lecturing counselling and psychotherapy for over 5 years. I currently work across two offices (Angel and Finchley Central)
