Hello, I’m Richard (he/him), an integrative therapist based in Chancery Lane (London) and online.  I can help you make sense of how you’re feeling and find a clearer way forward. Sometimes we struggle with life.  We can feel anxious, stuck, unfulfilled; we can repeat unhelpful or destructive patterns, wanting to change but unsure how. Some of the issues I work with include: self-esteem, anxiety, relationships, intimacy, shame, depression, loss, sexuality.

Whatever your story or background, you should feel valued, respected and heard. Therapy with me is a warm, compassionate space where you will be listened to without judgement. I am a queer, integrative therapist who will work with all aspects of who you are as a person and build the therapy around you and what you need. Together, we can explore the difficulties you’re experiencing now, the struggles you’ve faced in the past and the places in your life where you feel stuck or want to make some changes.

Hello! I am based online and in South and East London – I provide LGBTQ+ therapy and counselling for those who identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, non-binary, queer, questioning, polyamorous, kink, ace etc. I offer short or long term individual therapy for adults and my work is queer positive, sex affirming, collaborative and fluid. I work primarily with individuals within the LGBTQ+ community, however, this is not exclusively. My approach to therapeutic work is within an open and non judgemental mindset.

I’m a gay man and offer individual and relationship therapy for the LGBTQ+ community. I work in-person in central London, and online.

I am a London-based practitioner, deeply committed to the fields of art psychotherapy and environmental art therapy. As a queer and non-binary individual, my connection to the LGBTQ+ community holds immense significance in both my personal and professional life. This connection drives my passion for creating inclusive and affirming spaces within therapy, where individuals can explore their identities, experiences, and emotions in a safe and validating environment 

I believe that in the right environment we remain whole, uninhibited and naturally driven towards the fulfilment of our desires and potential. Often other people’s agendas, anxiety and painful events in our lives can separate us from this forward motion and better judgement. This can manifest mentally, bodily, emotionally and even dynamically in our careers, habits and close relationships. Creating the right environment together; I work with clients to take an honest look at those emotions and dynamics, putting the unwanted ones back where they belong and ultimately helping my clients get back on track.
