While my initial training was with the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust. I am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to their ethical guidelines and code of practice.  I’m deeply committed to helping people with a wide range of issues, especially those related to gender, sexuality, and relationships. I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist and counsellor (UKCP / MBACP). I have experience working with addiction, anxiety, bereavement, depression, identity, relationships and sex, and much more. Located in Fleet Street EC4Y, Abbey Wood SE2 and Brockley SE4, £85-125 per 50-minute session, for in-person counselling & psychotherapy. There is disabled access. I deliver online when necessary. I also offer low-cost relational-embodied supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists — both in training and post-qualification as a trainee in the Diploma in Integrative Supervision at the Minster Centre (accredited by UKCP). As a queer, mixed race woman I really understand how powerful an experience in can be to not have to fully explain every aspect of your identity and related experiences in the therapy room but rather feel a level of implicit understanding. I aim to provide that to my clients and maintain a foundation of intersectional theory in my practise.
