I am passionate about providing a culturally sensitive therapy space for diverse folk who fall outside of normative cisgender, heterosexual norms, as I do. I want therapy to be a space where you can explore your gender and sexual identities as much or as little as you need to, alongside any other issues and feelings that are drawing you to seek support.

I provide a supportive space where clients can address issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. My approach includes exploring attachment styles to better understand relational patterns. I also have an interest in psychosexual issues, drawing where relevant on my background in HIV research and prevention. Through a combination of insight and emotional support, I can help you identify stuck points and navigate difficult emotions. As you deepen your understanding of your inner world, I will support you in cultivating self-compassion and moving toward healing.

My name is Kirstie (she/her). I am a BACP accredited psychotherapist living and working in London.
