Hi, I’m Pete, an integrative counsellor working with LGBTQ+ adults in Peckham and online. I offer a warm, thoughtful space where you can talk openly about whatever is going on in your life. Many of the people I work with are exploring identity, relationships, family dynamics, or the impact of difficult experiences. I also have particular experience supporting clients around grief and loss, and around the lifelong impact of adoption for adult adoptees, adoptive parents and birth family members. I’m a registered member of the BACP.

I offer specialist therapy for Eating Disorders, OCD, and BDD so you can live a healthier, happier life.  If you want to recover there are some simple evidence-based steps that you can take: you can be free of your OCD and your problems with food, body image and exercise. Hello, I am Chartered Psychologist and Associate BPS Fellow bringing NHS and private practice therapeutic experience to my client work.   I have expertise in LGBTQI+ and Gender Sexual Relationship Diversity (GSRD) affirmative therapy, neurodiversity (autism and ADHD), and men’s (gay and straight) mental health. I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, attachment issues and relationship challenges.
