Hi there, I’m Chris, a cis-gendered gay man and chartered psychologist. As a psychologist, I specialise in all kinds of anxiety (including OCD), depression, PTSD/trauma, panic disorder, workplace stress, loneliness and disconnection. As a gay man, I have further insights into the impact of shame, internalised homophobia, attachment difficulties and relationship challenges. For many years I have been very engaged with the LGBTIQ+ community, and so have an appreciation of the unique problems and challenges faced in the community.

I offer individual and relationship counselling as well as psychosexual therapy.  Seeking counselling can often feel intimidating or scary, but I am here to facilitate a safe, supportive and confidential space for you, where you can explore what is going on in your life.
