Hi there, I’m Chris, a cis-gendered gay man and chartered psychologist. As a psychologist, I specialise in all kinds of anxiety (including OCD), depression, panic disorder, trauma, workplace stress, loneliness and disconnection. As a gay man, I have further insights into the impact of shame, internalised homophobia, attachment difficulties and relationship challenges. I am an Italian man who moved to the UK 28+ years ago. At that time I began embracing more decisively my gay sexuality and also spirituality and decided to start training in Transpersonal Psychology (Psychosynthesis).
