We might explore your early experiences, current relationships, or what’s showing up right now. I work actively and collaboratively, at your pace, in a calm space where you don’t have to edit yourself or fear judgement.

I view therapy as a guide that encourages you to explore what you may have missed or ignored. I work with clients by encouraging different aspects of their personalities to find their voice. I have many years’ experience working with LGBTQ+ people. I work in a way which is affirming of all identities including neurodiversity, cultural, sexual and gender identity. I’m Maddy-Rose, a relational and trauma-informed psychotherapist offering one-to-one therapy in London Bridge, Paddington, Kings Cross and online. I work in Private Practice from Farringdon and New Cross Gate. ​I identify as queer and genderfluid.  After starting my working life as an actor, I began my counselling journey over 30 years ago as a Samaritan volunteer and spent 10 years working as a Counselling Supervisor at ChildLine. I managed METRO charity’s LGBTQIA+ Counselling service for 11-25 year olds, as well being responsible for covering the adult service. I’m a queer therapist in East London, working with LGBTQ+ people and men struggling with addiction, chemsex, shame, low self-esteem, anxiety, codependency, and relationship difficulties. My approach is warm, relational, and trauma-informed, grounded in the belief that healing happens through authentic human connection.
