Hello, this is Sofia from Amalthea Therapy. I am a warm, creative, needs-informed and inclusive Psychotherapist and Counsellor, with years of experience working with issues such as anxiety, depression, self harm, gender identity, sexuality and other.

I’m an integrative therapist using a blend of talk therapy (person-centred) and internal family systems therapy. Using these I try my best to focus on the individual needs of my clients, create goals and outcomes for them, and help them work towards whatever it is they want to achieve. I believe therapy can be a place for fun and play as much as it can be to go through difficulty together. I’m not offering a path of broken glass re-experiencing your suffering, but a path to confronting and healing the past to live freely in the future. My first session
