Hi, I’m Dilya, a qualified counsellor based in London. I offer counselling services both online and in-person, with locations in Bromley and Beckenham (South East London). I specialise in supporting individuals through significant identity changes, such as parenthood, pregnancy, immigration, marriage, divorce, and LGBTQIA+ identity. I’m Adrian, a BACP-registered psychotherapist working with LGBTQ+ adults. I offer a space to slow things down and reflect on what has been shaping your experience, without pressure to perform or explain yourself. I work relationally and at a pace that feels manageable. I have particular experience supporting gay men and trans people, and working with themes such as identity, relationships, intimacy, anxiety, and shame. Therapy here is about understanding experience and opening up more choice over time.

I am a relational, integrative therapist working in Bethnal Green, London. I work with individuals aged 18+ in long-term, short-term and open-ended therapy. I am queer and genderqueer. My practice is actively queer and trans affirmative, which means that I support clients’ agency to define themselves. I work with LGBTQIA+ clients on a range of emotional and relational experiences, including: abuse, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, gender, isolation, loss, relational trauma, relationships, self-harm, sex, sexuality, trauma and more.

I’m an integrative therapist using a blend of talk therapy (person-centred) and internal family systems therapy. Using these I try my best to focus on the individual needs of my clients, create goals and outcomes for them, and help them work towards whatever it is they want to achieve. I’m Maithili (“mightily”), a BACP-registered psychodynamic psychotherapist. I work with GSRD clients, including those questioning or exploring sexuality and/or gender, and those navigating relationships, coming out, identity shifts, and family dynamics. I have particular experience supporting clients whose sexuality or gender intersects with race, culture, migration, or faith, who may be negotiating multiple cultural worlds. I offer in-person sessions in London (Harley Street, Mayfair and The City) and across West Surrey (Farnham, Guildford, Godalming and Haslemere), as well as online. Using psychodynamic and evidence-based approaches, together we explore how past experiences shape your relationship with yourselves, others, and the world.
