I’m Jack Lamb, a psychotherapist and couples therapist based in London. I work with adults, couples, and people in non-monogamous relationships. My speciality is consensual/ethical non-monogamy and open relationships. Opening a relationship can stir up a lot of anxieties and difficult feelings. I’m good at helping individuals and couples navigate these challenges. I also have specialist knowledge of chemsex and its psychological impact. My style is warm, thoughtful, and engaged, and I aim to help clients understand patterns that keep them stuck so they can relate to themselves and others with more clarity and choice.
