I am interested in working with people from all walks of life, with a particular interest in topics that are still considered taboo in society. I am currently undertaking a psycho-sexual therapy diploma. I support clients to find their own voice & way in life. As human beings, we feel a lot of different emotions, & yet, they seem so rarely identified as a good thing. I don’t believe in bad or negative emotions. Each one is valid & trying to show us something about ourselves. We can cope more effectively with our feelings when we learn to connect with them.

I am a UPCA accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor. Since 2011, I have worked as a psychotherapist and counsellor, support worker and group worker. As well as my private practice, I currently work for a young person’s charity supporting young queer humans navigate the many complexities inherent in growing up queer in a society that still ‘others’ – alongside the more ordinary complexities of what it means to be human.

My work is grounded in an understanding of identity, sexuality and belonging, and in the healing potential of being deeply heard.
