I provide a confidential, ethical and transparent therapy service for adults and young people, and identity-affirming clinical supervision service for trainee and qualified counsellors, therapists and psychologists. As a therapist, I help people who want to understand themselves better, people who want to process relational trauma, navigate difficult feelings, experiences and identity crises, build healthier self-esteem, live more meaningful lives, and feel more themselves again – whatever that may mean for each person. To do so, I tailor my practice to my clients’ unique circumstances and draw on over 5 years of experience as an integrative therapist.
I’m a qualified therapist working online, supporting adults facing anxiety, depression and low mood, anger, bereavement, low self-esteem, racism and discrimination, complex trauma, stress and sex and relationship problems – and I’m confident that, together, we can find a way forward.  I identify as a gay man.Â

With regards to my life before the year 2000, I think it is sufficient to say that having dropped out of A level studies in 1972, I spent the next 28 years in a variety of life and work experiences. Some good, some bad yet now, in retrospect, I feel all have been meaningful in giving me the very necessary experience and knowledge of life’s ups and downs to enable me to do what I do now. My life experience, as well as my work in the community, has taught me how unique everyone is and how important it is
I am a non-binary (she/they) neurodivergent therapist with an anti-oppressive stance, trauma-informed, kink affirming and intersectional versed. I provide online-only individual support for GSRD and adjacent topics.  I strive to work in a way that actively resists discrimination, creating a space where we can explore how these aspects have shaped — and continue to shape — your life. I offer a reflection space where curiosity, insight and deeper exploration are encouraged. If you’re open to self-reflection and exploring the systems and dynamics that shape our lives, we may work well together.
