I’m a CBT Therapist seeing clients with a variety of problems, and providing CBT and counselling that is individualised according to your current needs. This may include CBT for depression, anxiety, panic, stress, low self-esteem, anger, OCD, trauma, PTSD, workplace conflict, addictions and chronic pain. I’m experienced in adapting therapy for autistic clients and clients who are considering possible neurodiversities. I specialise in ADHD, especially supporting clients who had a late diagnosis in their 20s, 30s or 40s. I provide specialised Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for ADHD for adults and teenagers, and I can assist with assessment for ADHD diagnosis.
I have a specialise and have extensive experience in working with clients who identify as male who are or have been victims of Domestic Abuse. I working with clients who want to counselling for Anxiety, Chemsex issues, Depression, LGBTQIA+ issues, Relationship issues. I work Sunday through to Friday, appointments are available from 1pm until 9pm. I am taking on new clients. Appointments are available. I work both online and face to face.

What would you like to talk about today? It’s a common enough starting point in counselling sessions, but it is rarely a question with an easy answer. I offer sessions at Brixton, London Bridge and via Google Meet, offering short-term and long-term counselling, and offer a free half-hour initial appointment.
I currently have daytime and early evening availability. I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist and my approach to therapy has been informed by both person-centred and psychodynamic approaches, alongside attention to what our bodies might hold and can tell us. This means that as well as recognising you as the expert on your own experiences, we may look back at some of your early and family history and how those relationships may be influencing what is happening for you in the present.

I work primarily with problems arising from the impact of living in a violent world that refuses to see or celebrate difference and otherness. The harms over time can be the result of early attachment issues, abuse, medical interventions, racism or loss, gender/sex based oppressions, queer-phobia, or ableism and so much more. There are endless ways in which such harm embeds its way into a life. I am a queer ace-spec lesbian and experience many of these micro-aggressions on a regular basis so live with such experiences.
