Over the years I’ve worked with people experiencing emotional distress as a counsellor, support worker and aromatherapist. I try to be aware of my privilege and how this might affect our counselling relationship. As a queer non-binary person, finding a counsellor I could trust and be understood by has helped me to get in touch with my own strength, to connect with who I really am, and to find my way through difficult and traumatic life events. I’m a rational emotive behaviour therapist (REBT) based in central south London, SE11. I provide 1:1 therapy with individuals (both in-person and remote). I also facilitate group therapy sessions and engage in relationship therapy for those experiencing interpersonal difficulties. I work with LGBTQIA+ clients regularly but not exclusively.
