I am a psychologist with over ten years of therapeutic experience.  I utilise an attachment-informed approach, with a strong relational element, to explore trauma with the aim of supporting you to build a better life for yourself.  I work with adults, children, and whole families where necessary.  I have lots of experience with more traditional cognitive therapies but I prefer to create a bespoke therapeutic package based on your individual needs. Now, more than ever, support is needed within the LGBTQIA+ space and it is important to me to do my part in giving back to this beautiful community. I
