Life can feel overwhelming and stressful sometimes. It can also just suck. I can offer you a space to talk about what you’re struggling with. I hope that you’ll feel heard and seen, without feeling judged. Together, we can explore what’s going on for you in your life right now, the ups and downs of your childhood, or your joys and fears for your future. I work with queer people particularly and activists, and those affected by stress, burnout and insomnia.

My in person work is held in Queen’s Park, NW6.

They can be broadly divided into two pathways – the first is around the individual’s well-being and exploring their relationship to self, others and the world; the second is working with more than one person around the field between them and what that activates within them both/all. If you’re reading this, you’ve likely shapeshifted through rooms that never really saw you – softened your truth, masked who you really are, or been made to feel you’re “too much” and “not enough.” You might be burnt out from surviving systems that were never built with you in mind, or your queerness may have been dismissed or sexualised. Maybe Kink, ENM, or sex work has offered space to reclaim agency – and now, you want therapy that doesn’t ask you to explain that. You don’t need to justify yourself here – I already speak your language.
Welcome, I’m Silvia. I support people through anxiety, low self-confidence, depression, unresolved trauma, painful relationship patterns, grief, and major life changes. Some of my clients describe feeling stuck or disconnected, unsure how to move forward. Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to go through it alone. Together, we can explore what’s happening beneath the surface and begin to find a way forward that feels more manageable and fulfilling.
