My name is Natalie (she/they) and I’m an integrative therapist, supervisor and Accredited member of the BACP, providing online/phone therapy. I aim to offer you a space in which you feel understood and supported to explore whatever is impacting you. Through our work together we can identify patterns in your life and relationships, making meaning of your feelings and experiences as you move towards the life you want for yourself. My practice is gender, sexuality and relationship diversity informed, and I welcome people who identify as LGBTQ+, and/or those who have non-monogamous relationship styles.

I work with either individuals (age 11+) or  couples.    I specialise in  relationships and couple therapy, sexual abuse, porn & sex addictions, self-harm, anxiety & depression, internalised homophobia, kinks, sexual compulsivity, and psychosexual work.   I am also a school counsellor one day per week and work with adolescents over 11 years old.   I have therapy rooms in both Oxfordshire and Leamington Spa.    

You might be feeling stressed out, overwhelmed, confused and facing challenges that are uncomfortable and distressing for you. It’s not always easy or possible to speak about what’s going on with friends, family, partners or colleagues for fear of being judged or misunderstood. Hi I’m Daniel (He/Him). I’m a counsellor who provides support for people that are struggling with feelings of depression, anxiety and grief. I work with people seeking support with difficult life decisions and challenges in their relationships. Often people attend because they are feeling ‘stuck’; finding themselves arriving at the same place, despite trying really hard to change. Perhaps they are drinking, shopping or eating to cope or escape. The sex and relationships they’re having has stopped feeling safe or fulfilling. They’re doing things to ‘feel better’ while avoiding people, places or decisions due to fear or shame.

I am BACP Accredited Psychodynamic Psychotherapeutic Counsellor (PgDip), Accredited Specialist Sexual Violence Therapist, and Certified Relationship Therapist (COSRT Level 5), working online, via Zoom, with individuals and couples throughout the UK. I integrate Jungian, mindfulness, body-psychotherapy and somatic trauma approaches into my clinical work, drawing from more than eight years of therapeutic experience in private practice, community and specialist mental health settings. I am sensitive to the interplay between wider societal context with mental and emotional wellbeing, and my practice is affirming of individuals and relationships across the spectrum of gender, sexuality and relationship diversity.
