Hi, I’m Charlotte I offer therapy in a warm and affirming space where your whole self is welcome. My practice is inclusive of diverse genders, sexualities, and relationship styles, and I bring curiosity, compassion, and respect to the work we do together. I support people with anxiety, stress, trauma, and self-esteem, as well as those exploring identity, relationships, and belonging. This may include navigating polyamory, open relationships, or other forms of ethical non-monogamy, with space to reflect on what feels right for you. I understand firsthand the complexities of belonging, identity formation, and the unique challenges that come with existing between cultures. My journey to psychotherapy began through my own experiences navigating notions of Otherness: a bicultural identity, indigeneity, queerness and neurodiversity. I continuously research these subjects, attend conferences, and regularly volunteer at music festivals providing welfare for those experiencing psychedelic and/or psychospiritual emergencies. This personal understanding of feeling between worlds – and the work required to move between them sustainably – informs my approach to supporting others in similar struggles.

I offer a warm and non-judgemental space where you can explore what has brought you to therapy. I spent a number of years living in Brighton and the experience has been formative for me in what it feels like to be part of a community which is accepting and empowering.  It’s really important to me that I provide meaningful support to people who have experienced alienation because of their difference or neurodiversity, how they identify in their gender or sexuality.
