Lias (they/them) is a white, queer, non-binary & neurodivergent therapist (for individuals/couples) and anti-colonial healing facilitator. Some of their focus areas include trauma, attachment, non-monogamy, autism & ADHD. Their approach integrates Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and radical mental health.
