Individuals of all ages and backgrounds are warmly welcomed to my practice. My approach is open and respectful, creating a safe space for clients to explore their concerns at their own pace. You may be struggling with work, with relationships, or have big questions about the future or the direction life is taking. Talking things through and building a reliable and trusted relationship can help you get to know yourself better. We all go through times when everything feels messy and uncertain, but therapy can help you untangle some of the mess, bring you some clarity and help you navigate a way through.

I’m Jen (she/her), a queer HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist working therapeutically with sexuality, gender and relationship diversity. I have been working in mental health services for 10 years and have expertise in a wide range of difficulties, including low mood, anxiety and self-esteem. I work with individuals navigating relationship and identity issues (including LGBTQI+), life transitions and grief and loss. I also have extensive experience working with people living with HIV and sexual health difficulties. 

Hello, I’m Lorna, an experienced, accredited psychotherapist, supervisor, and trainer, practicing in Shoreditch, Margate and online. I offer a safe, relational and supportive space for you to navigate the difficulties you are currently experiencing. Whether you are struggling with work stress, relationship issues, anxiety or low mood, together we will find a way through. I have a specialism in working with trauma and have a neuroscience informed approach to my work.    

I support adults experiencing chronic depression, anxiety, panic attacks, PTSD, early trauma, sexual trauma, bereavement, workplace stress, bullying, burnout, low confidence and self-esteem, and challenges with emotional regulation, as well as those experiencing major life transitions. Hello, my name is Vincent. I identify as a gay man, and my pronouns are he/him. I’m a relational and integrative counsellor registered with BACP. I am based in Shoreditch and offer in-person and online sessions. I’m passionate about supporting adults of all genders, especially those who are gender-fluid, non-binary, or have diverse sexual identities.  I understand that finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and I’m here to offer a safe, supportive space where you can be truly seen and heard. I offer a free 20-minute phone call and the first session at a reduced fee of £50.

I’m Dickie, a cis, gay BACP-registered Integrative Therapist, trained & experienced in London. There’s no need to have life nailed or understand what’s happening, that is what this is for. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to freely unpack whatever it is you bring, however big or small, taking the sessions at your pace. It could be that you feel lonely, depressed, anxious or stuck. Perhaps that age-old shame wizards snuck in, fuelling self-doubt and keeping parts of us hidden. Whatever it is, it helps to get it out.
