I’m Jen (she/her), a queer HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist working therapeutically with sexuality, gender and relationship diversity. I have been working in mental health services for 10 years and have expertise in a wide range of difficulties, including low mood, anxiety and self-esteem. I work with individuals navigating relationship and identity issues (including LGBTQI+), life transitions and grief and loss. I also have extensive experience working with people living with HIV and sexual health difficulties. 

Hello, I’m Matthew (he/him), a queer and neurodivergent psychotherapist offering online and phone therapy across the UK. I work with LGBTQ+ adults including gay, bisexual, trans, and non-binary people, as well as neurodivergent clients with ADHD and autism, including those diagnosed later in life. You might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, burnt out, or unsure how to move forward.
