I’m a queer psychosexual and relationship therapist, clinical sexologist and mindfulness teacher working with individuals, couples/thruples, young people and groups. I work in private practice in central London, Peckham and online and am an associate therapist with the Thought House Partnership. I have a long-standing interest in queer issues and gender, sexual and relationship diversity, both as an academic and a clinician, and am passionate about helping LGBTQ+ people  enjoy better mental health and more fulfilling sex and  relationships.

I am a friendly and approachable queer therapist with over 20 years experience and 20,000 therapy hours working individually with adults, usually in medium to longer term work, online and in person.  I have been working with LGBTQIA+ people since 1995, and offer an affirmative and warm space in which to explore your concerns. I’m Maithili (“mightily”), a BACP-registered psychodynamic psychotherapist. I work with GSRD clients, including those questioning or exploring sexuality and/or gender, and those navigating relationships, coming out, identity shifts, and family dynamics. I have particular experience supporting clients whose sexuality or gender intersects with race, culture, migration, or faith, who may be negotiating multiple cultural worlds. I offer in-person sessions in London (Harley Street, Mayfair and The City) and across West Surrey (Farnham, Guildford, Godalming and Haslemere), as well as online.
