Hello, my name is Vincent. I identify as a gay man, and my pronouns are he/him. I’m a relational and integrative counsellor registered with BACP. I am based in Shoreditch and offer in-person and online sessions. I’m passionate about supporting adults of all genders, especially those who are gender-fluid, non-binary, or have diverse sexual identities.  I understand that finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and I’m here to offer a safe, supportive space where you can be truly seen and heard. I offer a free 20-minute phone call and the first session at a reduced fee of £50.

My direction since childhood has led me on the quest towards my own inner freedom. This has led me in different avenues over the years.  First was the task to explore, accept and honour a sexuality that did not fit the hetero-normative framework. I’m Jen (she/her), a queer HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist working therapeutically with sexuality, gender and relationship diversity. I have been working in mental health services for 10 years and have expertise in a wide range of difficulties, including low mood, anxiety and self-esteem. I work with individuals navigating relationship and identity issues (including LGBTQI+), life transitions and grief and loss. I also have extensive experience working with people living with HIV and sexual health difficulties. 

My name is Matthew (he/him), and I am an individual, intimate relationships and group psychotherapist specialising in addiction, self-harm and self-limiting patterns. I work with people to develop ways of better handling conflict with ourselves and each other through open, honest and direct communication.

I am a Gestalt Psychotherapeutic Counsellor (MBACP) offering in-person therapy in Central and South London (London Bridge, Angel, Islington and Soho) and online counselling across the UK.
