As an Integrative Counsellor, I provide a service that combines several therapeutic practices, all aimed towards helping you feel whole again. My role is to help you gain clarity and insight into whatever it is you are struggling with, supporting you on your journey to improved mental and emotional wellbeing.

Humanistic therapy is about building a bond centred on your needs. I offer psychotherapy services to help you overcome life challenges, understand yourself better and to resolve fixed patterns. My expertise includes working with trauma, neglect, relationships, identity, gender/sexuality challenges, and life crises. I know the impact of systemic oppression and provide a safe, inclusive space. Embracing a deeper understanding of yourself, your community, and the world around you can enrich your relationships, your sense of belonging, your purpose, and your overall well-being. I work in person on Saturdays in Belgravia and online on weekdays, early mornings and late evenings.

I am a BACP registered integrative counsellor. I work with tenderness and curiosity around subjects of gender and sexuality, life transitions and change, emotional dysregulation and burnout. My name is Drew (they/he), and I am a queer, neurodivergent dramatherapist. I have a particular passion for supporting queer and neurodivergent individuals, and I aim to bring a somatic, nature-based approach to my work, celebrating the innate wisdom of the body. Since training at Roehampton University, I have advocated for queer and gender diverse individuals within institutions, often providing education for staff and colleagues. These encounters have sparked my dedication to crafting more spaces for queer voices and experiences. Alongside my clinical work, I co-lead an LGBTQ+ network within the British Association of Dramatherapists (BADth), holding peer-support and community

I am a queer psychotherapist and supervisor specialising in gender, sexuality, and relationship diversity. I work with adults and older adolescents who are LGBTQIA+/gender non-conforming, or questioning their identities. I also specialise in trauma recovery, and treating healthcare professionals. I work from multiple affirming perspectives, including Health at Every Size, neurodivergence affirming, disability affirming, and fat-positive perspectives. My therapeutic approach is trauma-sensitive, empowering, attentive to culture, informed by historically marginalised communities, and includes evidence-based approaches. I offer Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) for treating trauma, including childhood, sexual, relationship, and discrimination based traumas.

As a therapist working in the NHS and in private practice, I specialise in addiction, LGBTQIA+ , in particular, gay and bisexual issues and straight partners, male mental health and relationship issues. I believe that therapy should be designed specially for your individual needs and provide a relaxed, safe space where you can feel free to share your issues confidentially and without judgement.
